Before you get in touch
What does a website cost?
It depends on scope, so we scope it before quoting. What we can promise is the shape of the answer: one fixed number in writing, what is included, and nothing added later without your say-so. The budget field on the form is optional and only helps us aim the first conversation.
How long does it take?
Most sites we build run from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on how many pages there are and how quickly content and feedback come back. You get a dated schedule at scoping, not a vague estimate.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Yes. We are based in Durbanville and meet clients in person around the Cape, but plenty of projects run entirely remotely. Remote consultations worldwide is genuinely how a lot of the work happens.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us the problem rather than the solution: what is not working, or what you are trying to make possible. Working out whether you need a new site, a fix to the current one, or something else entirely is part of the first call.
Who owns the site, the domain and the accounts?
You do, in your name, from the start. We set hosting and domains up on accounts that belong to you, and every file is handed over. We do not hold anything hostage to keep your business.
Do you look after the site after launch?
If you want us to. Management and hosting plans cover updates, backups, security and the checks that catch problems before you notice them. Plenty of clients run their own site instead, which is fine and always has been.
