What they needed
Startify registers companies with the CIPC for South African founders: private companies, non-profits, co-operatives and external companies. They handle the follow-on work too: name reservations, reinstatements, CC conversions, annual returns and beneficial ownership declarations. Monthly accounting packages sit alongside that.
The job is mostly paperwork. One Pty Ltd registration needs four proposed names in order of preference, a registered address, and full details for every director: ID or passport number and issue date, date of birth, home address, marital status, and whether they also hold shares. That is a lot to collect by email.
One site needed to do both jobs: explain which structure a founder should pick and what it costs, then take the paperwork in. The build ran a month and launched in July 2025.

What we built
The registration business lives on the homepage, split into sections the nav jumps to: Business Registration, FAQs, and the form. Accounting has a page of its own, with three monthly packages at R875, R1,400 and R2,100, each itemised, six add-ons, and its own booking form.
Six company types are laid out as cards, each with a short description and its price on the button, from R775 for a private company to R2,500 for an external or limited one. Six additional services sit below with their own prices. Every button lands in the same place: the form at the foot of the page.
The form carries the intake. Seven steps: choose the service, give four company names in order of preference, applicant and address details, then a block for each director, up to eight. It takes payment through PayFast and ends with a checkbox list for anyone who also wants accounting, legal, marketing or design work.
- A homepage holding the whole registration business, plus a standalone accounting page
- Six registration types and six additional services, each priced on its button
- Sixteen FAQ accordions on CIPC timelines, MOIs, shelf companies and director rules
- A seven-step intake form with PayFast payment, covering up to eight directors

What it does now
A founder can work out whether they need a Pty Ltd or an NPC, read the price on the button, check the CIPC turnaround of three to ten working days in the FAQs, then start and pay in one sitting. The names, addresses and director details reach Startify in one submission.
On the accounting page the three packages can be compared line by line, and a free 30-minute consultation is booked through a form that asks which one the visitor is leaning towards. Copy and prices are edited in WordPress.
